The support team seemed to know what they were talking about, so I’ll give them credit for that. But getting replies took longer than I expected, and it felt like every time I answered one question, there was suddenly another step or requirement added. Kind of frustrating when the goalposts keep moving and you’re just trying to get a simple issue sorted out...

"Exchange worked, but the timing was hit or miss"
I was able to get my exchange handled in the end, so that part was fine. The only downside was that the return process felt slow. Overall, kind of hit or miss, resolved eventually, but I wish it didn’t take so long.
"Box showed up beat up"
I ordered from elitefts and, like I said, the box was in rough shape when it got here. It was half crushed, the tape was barely hanging on, and there were holes around the corners. Luckily most of the stuff was still inside, but like I said, it really looked like not much care went into packing it. For what shipping cost, I expected better.

"Shipping is taking forever"
I placed my order two weeks ago and it still looks like it hasn’t even moved. I get that delays happen, but this is frustrating. I tried emailing about it too, and the replies felt like they were written by a robot instead of someone actually checking on my order. Not a great experience so far.

I kept checking back for the items I actually needed, and somehow they were always sold out. Super helpful, obviously. After trying a few times and getting nowhere, I just gave up and looked elsewhere.

I went in hoping to grab a few gym items, but there really wasn’t much to choose from. A lot of what I was looking for either wasn’t there or only had one or two options. On top of that, I ended up waiting around longer than expected, which just made the whole trip more frustrating

"Frustrating to shop on my phone"
I tried browsing elitefts.com on my phone to look for some gear, and it was frustrating. The pages felt really cluttered, and I had to poke around a bit just to figure out where things were. The menus weren’t very intuitive, and I kept tapping the wrong stuff by accident. The search wasn’t much help either. The products might be fine, but the site itself made me give up after about a few minutes. 1 star for the shopping experience.

"Putting it together was frustrating"
I still remember sitting on the floor surrounded by all the pieces, feeling like this was never going to end. It took way longer to assemble than I expected, and the instructions were confusing. By the time it was finally put together, I was more relieved than excited

"Not really the quality I hoped for"
I ordered this from elitefts and I don’t know, I was expecting it to feel a lot more solid than it did. In the photos it looked tough and heavy-duty, but once I had it in my hands it just felt kind of cheap, which was disappointing right away. I tried to give it a fair shot, but after only a few uses it was already starting to show wear, and at that point I was just like, okay, this isn’t really what I paid for. Maybe I just ended up with a bad one, who knows, but for the price I definitely expected better. I wouldn’t buy it again.

"Expected a lot more from this rack"
I bought a rack from elitefts thinking it would be solid for the price, but the finish started chipping way sooner than I expected. Bummer. One of the welds looks rough too, which doesn’t exactly inspire confidence. i thought it would hold up a lot better. Disappointed. I probably wouldn’t buy this again.

I ordered a hoodie and a shirt, the sizing was just not right. The hoodie was tight in the arms but way too big through the body, which was a strange fit. The shirt seemed okay at first, but it shrank after one wash. I did check the sizing chart before ordering, so that didn’t really help much. I’m disappointed, and I probably won’t be buying apparel from here again

I ordered a belt and they sent the wrong size, which was frustrating at first. Customer support did fix it eventually, so that was good, I guess. But it took way longer than it needed to, which annoyed me. Not the worst experience ever, though. Kind of fine, kind of irritating
